Villa’s Construction & Remodeling Inc. is seeking a General Laborer/warehouse coordinator to join our team in Boynton Beach, FL.

The role involves supporting worksite operations, keeping the site clean, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople while meeting the physical demands of construction work. This position runs Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours; uniforms are provided and the workplace is drug-free.

Formación

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and materials.
• Assist onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.
• Transport materials and equipment between locations.
• Operate power tools and industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
