You will coordinate material acceptances, storage, and deliveries with field managers and suppliers, and assist with tracking and shipping. Qualified candidates have 1+ year in a construction warehouse, strong organization, and the ability to lift 60 lbs.

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.STRUCTURAL is looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations of our construction warehouse in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hands-on role, focused on organization, cleanliness, basic inventory tracking, and routine equipment checks.The successful candidate will also be assisting with:Coordinating the acceptance, storage, and deliveries of materials and equipment in conjunction with the field managers and suppliers.Tracking goods while they are in route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessaryShipping and routing of materials and equipmentMonitoring tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shop to ensure safe working conditions.Keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized at all times.Working closely with mechanic to make sure all equipment is job-ready when it leaves shop.Ensuring returned equipment is properly tagged, stored, and serviced for future use.Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:1+ year(s) experience in a construction warehouse settingHighly organized and efficientKnowledge of basic computer operations and inventory trackingValid driver’s license (CDL a huge plus!)Ability to lift 60lbs and perform physical tasks typical of a warehouse environmentTeam focused and safety orientedReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyForklift operation experience (Preferred but not required)Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $19-$21 per hour and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!STRUCTURAL is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality.
