• Perform concrete repair tasks.
• Carry out concrete demolition and placement.
• Conduct waterproofing and formwork/carpentry duties.
• Execute rebar replacement and caulking activities.

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Construction duties

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Waterproofing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Caulking
• Expansion joints
• Coating application
• Carbon Fiber installation

Job Requirements

• Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
• 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
• Must be open to traveling.
• Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems.
• Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus

Compensation

Earn between $19-$25 per hour (based on experience)

* $300 Signing Bonus - $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment *

Candidates must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests. Excellent compensation and benefits.
