Job Description - Construction Utility Worker - Conroe TX (2500017V)

Responsibilities:

• Promote safety by actively prioritizing safety standards for yourself and others, in accordance with OSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Perform general and skilled labor on road construction sites, including concrete finishing, traffic control, flagging, and operating smaller equipment related to the construction grading process.
• Assist in servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment throughout the job site.
• Carry out general physical activities such as using hand tools, cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production principles is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime, extended hours, and outside in all weather conditions; ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Willingness to travel 75%-100% throughout the state.
