Job Purpose

Join the Reserve Power and Engineered Services Project Management team, supporting the digital world's rapid growth. We seek a Project Manager for our expanding services division. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, typically overseeing multiple high-revenue projects exceeding $5 million, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion, develop detailed schedules, and monitor delivery, revenue, KPIs, and margins.
• Meet with clients to review scope and timelines, and prepare estimates and quotes as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders regarding schedules, quality, and standards; organize meetings and prepare documentation.
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, safety, cost, and timeliness.
• Draft method of procedure and scope of work documents.
• Approve maintenance operation procedures for the region.
• Create and share project documentation, floor plans, schematics, and specifications.
• Collaborate with design professionals and experts to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Handle change orders and invoicing accurately and promptly.
• Communicate change orders to clients and management.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and communication standards.
• Track time and expenses, reporting accurately using approved methods.
• Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent training.
• 6-8 years of industry/construction experience.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• PMP certification (preferred or in process).
• Knowledge of code requirements for trade systems and integration into projects.
• Proficiency with CAD, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Office and internet skills.
