Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Lead in Austin, TX. You will serve as the primary technical resource for infrastructure digital delivery, leading the implementation and integration of Bentley-based platforms such as BIC, ProjectWise, SYNCHRO, and iTwin, along with Autodesk/Trimble tools.

You will design unified workflows, CDEs, and information management strategies to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires deep experience implementing and integrating infrastructure technology platforms.
• Extensive Bentley ecosystem expertise and hands-on implementation.
• Ability to design integrated D2C workflows and CDEs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for infrastructure digital delivery.
• Lead integration and optimization of technology platforms (Bentley, Autodesk, Trimble).
• Develop and implement D2C workflows and information management strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to align technology with goals.
• Mentor teams on platforms, governance, and digital delivery standards.
• Support proposals, client workshops, and technology demonstrations.
