Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Construction Technician I to perform basic field inspections of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements. The role supports supervision and gains hands-on experience on-site in Kansas.

Responsibilities include documentation, coordination with contractors, and performing measurements to assist data collection, with regular 8am–5pm hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specs.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and inspection practices.
