Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with earthwork, grading, and site preparation.
• Support pipe installation and utility work.

• Complete punch list items such as reseeding, landscape restoration, park amenities, concrete replacement, repairs, and paint touch-ups.
• General site cleanup and maintenance.
• Assist with material handling, including lifting and placing rocks, boulders, and other construction materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work independently when needed.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable Construction Technicians to support a variety of outdoor construction projects. This position offers hands-on experience in earthwork, erosion control, utilities, landscaping, and general construction. You'll work alongside experienced operators and field crews on unique projects including parks, athletic fields, river restoration work, and infrastructure improvements.

Pay and Benefits
