Job summary

BASEco, Inc. in Murray, UT seeks a Full Time Construction Technician/Foundation Repair Specialist to support residential and commercial installations under a Lead Technician.

This role is a hands-on, year-round position with potential to advance into management based on skill and performance. You will follow safety protocols, perform tasks such as hand digging, concrete breaking with a jackhammer, site clean-up, and material haulage while coordinating with project managers to keep repairs on

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Punctual and dependable with a good attendance record.
• Skid steer and/or excavator operation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction work.
• Hand digging with shovel.
• Break concrete with jackhammer as needed.
• Clean up job sites after installations.
• Haul materials to/from job sites.
• Assist Lead Technician with installations.
• Coordinate repair schedules with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Full Time Construction Technician/Foundation Repair Specialist to be a part of one of our foundation repair crews. This position works with a Lead Technician to complete residential and commercial product installations. This is a 40+ hour per week (full time) job that is busy all year long. This job also provides the ability to move into management quickly based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of construction work to ensure a secure work environment.
• hand digging with shovel
• breaking concrete with jackhammer
• cleaning up job sites after installations
• hauling materials to/from job sites
• assisting Lead Technician with installations
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• be legally eligible to work in the US
• have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• have a strong work ethic
• be punctual and reliable
• ability to drive a skid steer and/or excavator a plus but not required.
