Job summary

Master Trade Services is seeking a Construction Technician to join our Minnesota team. The role involves completing carpentry projects and general construction tasks, along with maintenance and repair work in multi-family and single-family homes.

You will ensure safety and quality standards are met, keep work areas and vehicles organized, and communicate effectively with teammates and customers. A driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
