Job summary

Orkin is seeking hands-on technicians in Michigan to inspect and install pest and home protection systems on homes and businesses. You’ll work as part of a crew to complete tasks, including attic and crawlspace services such as encapsulation and insulation, with light carpentry and clear customer communication.

Paid training, tools provided, and a path to leadership or management are offered, along with a benefits package and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Experience with metal brake bending/shaping is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
