Orkin is offering an entry‑level opportunity in Louisville, KY for hands-on builders with experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement. The role trains you to install pest and home protection systems and work on attics/crawlspaces with a crew. You’ll learn light carpentry, client communication, and operate company tools and devices.

You’ll earn $20+ per hour, receive comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and company-paid training as you grow into leadership and sales paths.

Qualifications

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred).

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces
• You must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required
