OWL Services is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to support site preparation, equipment operation, material handling and general construction tasks. This long-term role offers stable work with opportunities for career growth within a growing company.

You will work outdoors on varied projects, comply with safety practices, and participate in a wide range of tasks from installing lines and pouring concrete pads to basic piping and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands and arms extensively for handling, reaching, and operating tools.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and sloped grades, and walk on uneven terrain.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or humid conditions.
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, machinery, and elevated noise levels.
• Strong attention to safety practices.
• Excellent driving record required.
