Benesch seeks a Civil Construction Technical Manager in Colorado's Front Range to lead self-perform and directed project teams, manage client relationships, and influence strategic growth for the construction group.
The role requires a B.S. in a relevant field, 20+ years in construction, and strong communication/organization skills. Expect variable shifts and field-based work, with a company vehicle provided where applicable.
We have a career opportunity for a Civil Construction Technical Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing a broad range of construction projects. In this role you will both self‑perform and direct project teams in the administration of construction projects, as well as play an important role in managing client relationships. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the construction group.
This position offers flexibility within the front range of Colorado. We welcome candidates from diverse areas including but not limited to Greeley, Fort Collins, Johnstown, and the Denver Metro area.
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed‑upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; company‑paid life insurance; short‑term and long‑term disability plans; a 401(k) plan with profit‑sharing contributions; paid time off and parental leave; and employee wellness programs.
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 USD per year.
