Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar field.
• Ability to develop relationships with owners, design team, and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, problem-solver, strong work ethic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for technology systems and construction management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor subcontractors' performance with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Develop a sense of acceptable quality across trades.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and read bid documents.
• Understand standard specification sections and identify ambiguities.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and provide preliminary evaluations.
• Maintain record documents and know contract drawings/specifications.
• Set up submittal and RFI logs and track submission dates.
• Review shop drawings and product submittals for conformance and coordination.
• Administer subcontracts; understand scope, schedule and quality standards.
• Track change orders and prepare CO proposals.
• Prepare correspondence with proper formats; develop concise writing style.
• Assist in project close-out as directed.
