Job summary

G&G Enterprises in Beaumont, TX seeks an Operations Technology Specialist to own construction technology systems, bridging operations, field teams, and external vendors. You will ensure platforms are implemented, supported, and aligned with workflows.

You will work hands-on with AutoDesk, P6, BlueBeam and lead tech adoption in field and office, developing SOPs, training staff, and pursuing automation and AI-enabled improvements for project delivery.

Qualifications

3–7+ years in construction ops or related roles.
Direct responsibility for adoption and use of construction technology systems.
Hands-on with AutoDesk, P6, BlueBeam and similar platforms.
Experience leading tech adoption, training, or implementation in field/office.
Strong understanding of field-to-office workflows, scheduling, and documentation.
Familiar with automation, integrations, or low-code tools (Power BI, etc.).
Interest in applying AI to operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between internal teams and external technology vendors, owning system performance.
Own and maintain standards for digital file management, data structure, and information sharing.
Drive consistent use of construction technology platforms across field and office teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through design and integration.
Monitor system adoption, identify gaps in usage and workflow compliance.
Document and maintain SOPs for technology systems and workflows.
Drive onboarding, training, and field support materials.
Evaluate and test new technologies to improve efficiency and project delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI-enabled tools.
Partner with Operations leadership to improve how technology supports field execution.
