Job summary
Energy Center-Manhattan Pool in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Construction Worker for Concrete and Site Work. You will join our year-round crew on various tasks including site prep, layout, excavation, concrete and structural work, forms, rebar, and finishing with tools and safety in mind.
No swimming-pool experience is required; we will teach the specialized skills. This full-time role pays $23-$27/hour based on experience and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company
Qualifications
- Experience in general construction or concrete work preferred.
- Familiar with common construction tools and terminology.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
Responsibilities
- Site preparation and cleanup.
- Measuring and layout.
- Excavation and grading support.
- Concrete and structural work.
- Building forms and assisting with rebar.
- Installing pavers, decking, and finish materials.
- Assisting with pool construction and equipment installation.
- Safely using hand and power tools.
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites.
- Following project plans and safety procedures.
