Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of industry experience, with sustainability reporting for construction preferred.
• Knowledge of green building and energy efficiency techniques preferred.
• Experience with sustainability reporting platforms (e.g., Procore EC3) highly valued.
• Ability to implement and administer sustainability programs at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data across projects.
• Ensure timely reporting on sustainability performance for each project.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices.
• Prepare and present sustainability reports to clients.
• Support green building certifications such as LEED/Green Globes.
• Provide training and support on sustainable construction practices.
