Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction surveying or field engineering is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments and software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, set out reference points, and verify elevations.
• Prepare survey reports and drawings; coordinate with PMs and field crews.
• Inspect sites for compliance with designs, specs, and safety standards.
• Maintain survey equipment and document as-built conditions.
