Responsibilities

• Control access to the construction sites.
• Screen and observe personnel within or to a construction site as appropriate.
• Screen all materials and tools entering a construction site.
• Control the Secure Storage Area (SSA) and the materials contained within.
• Monitor and annotate in writing observed actions and compare with project documentation.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and furnishings are x-rayed or examined and escorted to SSA or designated area.
• Assist with random selection and procurement of materials for construction and installation.
• Inspect all persons, packages, bags, boxes, crates, tools, and vehicles prior to entering the site.
• Produce daily logs of related activity and events.
• Report all security related incidents and anomalies with SSM coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the SSM in coordination with the Lead CST.
