SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement and supply chain specialist to maintain catalogs of vendor data, manage procurement information, and provide technical support to BUs on selected products throughout procurement and execution on projects.

You will oversee vendor onboarding, prepare product and manufacturer metrics, support estimating, and serve as a subject matter expert on product deficiencies, commissioning, and logistics, with frequent travel to project

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial construction experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field desired.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or finished products.
• Advanced knowledge of Procore, including platform administration, project setup, and standardized workflows.
• Experience delivering training, mentoring employees, and supporting technology adoption across project teams.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive adoption of established processes and standards.
• Regular travel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mechanical, electrical, or finished product catalogs of qualified vendor data, including lead time, price, and specifications.
• Monitor vendor performance and advise on removing non-performing vendors from bid lists with Supply Chain Planning Manager.
• Review and ensure accurate vendor contract terms and prompt document execution of PO and changes.
• Support onboarding of global, national, regional, and local vendors to SourceBlue portfolio.
• Prepare product and manufacturer metrics for publishing across SB central and regional teams.
• Support SB BUs with estimating of product offerings.
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide technical support to BUs on product deficiencies, commissioning, troubleshooting, logistics, and general technical questions.
