Qualifications

• 3 years Construction Supervisor 1 experience OR 2 years CS1 experience and 2 years planning/production control experience
• High school plus 6 years production supervisor experience OR BS/Apprentice plus 4 years exempt related experience
• Military E-6 and above is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process for AOR including defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Manage project expectations with team and stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Identify and expedite resolution of design, material, scheduling, manpower or other problems affecting critical path work
• Liaise with trades’ management to control cost performance and overtime requirements
• Assess growth work and contract funded changes for funding authorization and schedule integration
• Perform inspections (structural, tank/void, yard final, turnover tests) and document discrepancies for corrections
• Assess safety risks within AOR and develop mitigation plans
