Job description

Provides technical, budget, and financial support for the project, including reviewing contract documents related to technical aspects and reviewing plant design criteria, drawings, and specifications. Responsible for contractor monitoring and oversight of assigned work.

• Work Location: JB - Juno Beach Office. Driving may be required.

• Per Diem & Mob/De-Mob Expenses: Yes, with maximum amount indicated as GSA.
• Nuclear Business Unit: On-boarding procedures for nuclear workers requiring badge access or pre-assignment screenings.
• Access Requirements: No unescorted badge access into nuclear areas, no NERC CIP unescorted access required, and no FERC access needed.

Electrical Supervisors Role and Responsibilities

• Understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Verify accuracy of drawings, submittals, and specifications.
• Understand SCADA and fiber optics systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and fiber testing procedures (IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs, etc.).
• Collaborate with EPC, subcontractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and others on site.
• Report progress, quality, and safety issues regularly.
• Use Unifier for recording and managing electrical installation QC photos.
• Facilitate RFI process with EPC and site engineering.
• Perform equipment inspections to ensure proper installation per scope and specifications.
• Interface with safety, engineering, and quality control teams.
• Assist in field commissioning and project turnover.
• Build positive relationships with EPC and site personnel.
• Prioritize safety in all activities.
• Follow company rules and policies.
