What you'll do:

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations, ensuring results meet contract and process specifications.
• Ensure employees meet safety, quality, and production goals according to company standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reports.
• Inspect trucks and equipment for defects.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Resolve complaints.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.

Who we are looking for:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
• You have 3+ years of experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry.
• You possess a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
• You have basic knowledge and ability to operate utility trucks and equipment safely.
• You can use hand tools and equipment safely.
• You may read prints and interpret utility maps.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Google applications, or other construction-related software.
• You communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed.
• You are flexible to work overtime, after hours, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• You maintain a safe work environment and can work in all weather conditions.
