SERVPRO of Columbia County is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction project management, ensuring high-quality service for customers, clients, subcontractors, and team members involved in restoration projects.
Responsibilities include punch-list resolution, customer walkthroughs, COS acquisition, project updates, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and scope. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects. They are responsible for delivering a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing construction services.
This is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
