Salary: $59,800 plus vehicle and fuel allowance. Target incentives up to an additional $200 per week upon achieving milestones.

We are experiencing explosive growth and are building a pipeline of future business leaders through our Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) program. This program introduces you to the drilling and blasting industry the MD&B way and is part of our Leadership Development Program aimed at developing skills for future managerial and leadership roles.

You will learn:

1. Safety and compliance related to drilling and blasting operations
2. All aspects of drilling in construction and quarry environments
3. Skills to become a State-licensed Blaster
4. Procurement and logistics for drilling and blasting activities
5. How quality control supports project profitability
6. Project budgets and standards
7. Project supervision and leadership

To facilitate your learning, we require:

• Willingness to travel within a multi-state area (meals and hotels covered)
• Excitement for manual labor involving drilling and blasting steps
• Comfort working outdoors in varied terrain and weather conditions
• Engagement in owning your Development Plan and success, supported by a dedicated mentor
