Construction Superintendent – Sports Construction
Location: Nationwide, USA
Travel: Extensive Nationwide Travel
A growing national sports and golf construction company is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on sports construction projects throughout the United States.
Projects typically run 8–12 weeks and involve a variety of site development and construction activities, including concrete, earthwork, gravel, soil preparation, asphalt, grading, and leveling.
This is a very hands-on Superintendent role. Rather than simply managing subcontractors, you'll be directly involved in coordinating the work, crews, schedules, materials, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands construction, enjoys being in the field, and is comfortable taking ownership of a project from mobilization through completion.
Golf or sports construction experience is not required. Candidates with strong construction backgrounds in concrete, earthwork, grading, landscaping, or golf course construction are encouraged to apply.
Golf course Superintendents looking to transition into sports construction may also be a strong fit.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from the field level and see your work come to life. You'll be part of a team-oriented organization where Superintendents have a significant role in how projects are executed and are trusted to make decisions in the field.
The company offers the variety of working on major sports projects across the country, while also providing opportunities to move between sports and golf construction or grow into more senior roles. For someone who enjoys travel, hands-on construction, and being part of a close-knit team, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career rather than simply take another Superintendent position.
