Job summary

Kroll Konstruction LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality are met. This hands-on role requires leading site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with blueprints and project management tools, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in construction management or engineering.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience with project management software (RedTeam, Procore).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA30 certification or safety training preferred.
• PM/CCM/CSM certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site setup, mobilization, and safety signage per project.
• Coordinate daily operations, RFIs, and schedule management with subs.
• Enforce safety and quality; document hazards and investigations.
• Lead punch list and project closeout with client turnover.
