Qualifications

• 5+ progressive years of experience in construction, preferably as a superintendent.
• Proven experience successfully managing a job site and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all construction activities on the project.
• Developing and maintaining the baseline schedule.
• Coordinating subcontractors and self-performed labor.

Skills

Knowledge of Procore and P6

Bilingual in English and Spanish
