Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
  • Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.
  • Take action to ensure the safety, health and well‑being of your team and our planet.
  • Leverage people‑management skills to help team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.
  • Maintain overall project operations and support the company’s connection to site activities.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 8+ years of construction site experience preferred.
  • Experience with hygienic and non‑hygienic piping preferred.
  • Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.
  • Working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
  • Ability to review and assist with Mechanical, Equipment & Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase.
  • Experience with managing project or scope package budgets.
  • Experience with the management of a project schedule.
Preferred qualifications
  • Pharma experience.
  • Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, 3D modeling and Bluebeam.
  • Facilitating and coordinating walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers.
  • Attending constructability reviews.
  • Leading client and construction meetings.
  • Coordinating construction activities on the site.
  • Safety leadership (JHA revisions / daily signed‑off permits).
  • Quality focus in construction.
  • Participation in turnover process including TOPs, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $94,400.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
