Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience.
• Experience with high-end home renovations, luxury custom homes, or spec homes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of all construction trades and sequencing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations from project start through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain project schedules and critical path timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Verify field measurements and installation accuracy.
• Track lead times and material deliveries.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
• Maintain daily logs, project photos, and field documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all trades including framing, roofing, waterproofing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage systems, millwork, stonework, and high-end interior finishes.
• Ensure jobsites remain clean, professional, organized, and safe.
• Assist with field labor and problem solving when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, designers, inspectors, architects, and trade partners.

Qualifications Required

• Must currently reside in the Palm Beach Co. Metro area
• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience
• Experience with high-end home renovations, luxury custom homes, or spec homes
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong understanding of all construction trades and sequencing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency
• Ability to communicate professionally through email and text
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays when required 7am-1pm

Preferred

• Buildertrend, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar software experience
• Critical Path Scheduling experience
• OSHA Certification
• Construction Management or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
• Spanish speaking is a strong plus
