Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is offering a Superintendent Intern/Co-op opportunity in the United States. You will engage in field operations from site mobilization to project completion, participate in daily safety meetings, and assist with coordinating subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

You will observe quality inspections to ensure work aligns with plans and ARCO standards. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, strong communication, and a robust work ethic, with housing stipend considerations

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership – participate in daily safety meetings and job site inspections, promoting safety culture.
• Scheduling & Coordination – assist with coordinating subcontractor activities and monitoring progress to keep projects on schedule.
