ARCO Design/Build in White Plains, NY is offering a Superintendent Intern/Co-op position. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of a construction project while working with seasoned professionals dedicated to your growth.

Expect to participate in field operations, safety leadership, scheduling coordination, and on-site quality control. The role supports students pursuing Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degrees and may include housing

Formación

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Active Driver’s License

Responsabilidades

• Field Operations – Manage daily job site activities from site mobilization through project completion.
• Safety Leadership – Participate in daily safety meetings, job site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Assist with coordinating subcontractor activities and monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Quality Control – Observe and support quality inspections to ensure work meets project plans, specifications and ARCO standards.
