Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Corporate Interiors, Office Tenant Improvements, Healthcare Interiors, Medical Office Projects, Occupied Renovations, and/or Ground-Up Industrial Projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or complex projects with safety, quality, and schedule focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for all phases of assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for site management.
