Our client, a leading general contractor in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial and heavy commercial projects in the Raleigh area.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a seasoned superintendent with 7+ years of experience managing ground-up construction of warehouses, distribution centers, industrial, or manufacturing facilities, with proven expertise in tilt-wall construction. Ideal candidates will have overseen projects with budgets of $20M or more and thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

Project Size: $20M+

Project Types: Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Tilt-Wall

Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations from groundbreaking to final inspection
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
• Collaborate closely with project managers and owners
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Uphold a strong culture of jobsite safety and professionalism

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large industrial/heavy commercial projects
• Proven success with tilt-wall construction methods
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination efficiently
• OSHA certification preferred
