Job Title: Construction Superintendent

A leader in general construction, fuel facility maintenance, and compliance testing is looking for self-motivated, dependable, and experienced candidates to fill the full-time position of Construction Superintendent.
Note: This is a traveling position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop construction schedules and timelines, oversee contractors and subcontractors onsite throughout the project.
- Manage project scope, budget, and deadlines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with owners, agencies, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Handle general project management tasks, including managing schedules, scope, risks, deliverables, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor activities.
- Maintain daily logs and reports of construction progress using Procore.
- Review subcontractor and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction and safety practices; fuel station construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, with willingness to travel nationwide weekly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with fuel station compliance regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam Revu.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in various conditions, including hot/cold temperatures, night work, wet conditions, and noise.
