Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects.
• Experience working in occupied spaces.
• Strong inspection coordination and quality control experience.
• Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $500K-$2M.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and subcontractor coordination.
