Job summary

Jobot, a Florida commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced construction field manager to lead on-site activities in Punta Gorda. You will own field schedule, have direct subcontractor authority, and partner with a PM to support field decisions.

This full-time role offers a base salary in the $120k–$150k range, a competitive bonus package, and a comprehensive benefits program. Local work only.

• 5+ years' experience in Construction field management.
• Extensive experience with commercial projects preferred.
