The Position:

The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

• Leading large-scale Data Center projects ($100m+ | 20mW+).
• May supervise Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, Field Assistants, and Interns.
• Collaborating with leadership and setting the standard for safety, quality and efficiency across all stages of the construction lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth running of project schedules across teams, crew motivation and adept problem solving.
• Working closely across the differing divisions to ensure prompt delivery.
• Ensure compliance, optimize resources, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• 7+ years leadership experience in construction with a focus on Data Centers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. (preferred).
• Proven knowledge in scheduling, safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP Accreditation preferred.
