• Coordinate sub-trades daily for field operations on your assigned project.
• Complete construction tasks on an as-needed basis to keep the project on schedule, including door/hollow metal frame installation, door hardware, restroom hardware, minor drywall work, minor painting, light carpentry, and acoustical ceiling work.
• Coordinate inspections for the assigned project with city/county inspectors and ensure the sub-trades are ready for said inspections
• Maintain open communication with the Project Manager on project schedule and questions/issues that arise throughout the buildout/completion process.
