Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Construction Superintendent level 3 for a 1-year, remote-based contract. You will supervise day-to-day field activities on a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and related Substation construction, reporting to the Construction Manager.

This onsite representation ensures safety, quality, permits, and schedule adherence while coordinating across disciplines and supporting commissioning and turnover.

We are searching for Construction Superintendent level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will be responsible for the day-to-day field supervision of utility scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated Substation construction activities. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Superintendent serves as the onsite field

representative, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedule commitments.

Location: Remote position

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Responsibilities

• The Superintendent provides direct oversight of contractor field operations from a QA/QC standpoint, coordinates daily construction activities across multiple disciplines.
• Identifies and resolves field issues and supports successful project commissioning and turnover.

Requirements

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $50.00/hr. to $55.00/hr.
