gpac LLC partners with an established electrical contractor to hire Electrical Project Superintendents for high-profile Southwest projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities.

You will lead electrical operations, mentor field teams, develop plans, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction teams on large projects.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or electrical facilities construction.
• Data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical work preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, safety, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management tools and MS Office.

• Lead daily electrical construction operations and meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Direct and mentor Field Superintendents, Foremen, and crews.
• Develop project execution plans, manpower forecasts, and schedules.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor labor, budgets, and productivity.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specs, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Safety, QA/QC, VDC, contractors, owners, engineers, and partners.
• Resolve field challenges and manage project risks across teams.
• Build strong client relationships through reliable delivery.

Position Overview

We are partnering with a well-established electrical contractor seeking experienced Electrical Project Superintendents to lead large-scale construction projects throughout the Southwest.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader with experience overseeing complex electrical operations, managing field teams, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule goals are met.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Field Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and field crews.
• Develop project execution plans, manpower forecasts, installation strategies, and schedules.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor labor, budgets, productivity, and project performance.
• Ensure electrical installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Safety, QA/QC, VDC, general contractors, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
• Resolve field challenges, identify project risks, and maintain accountability across field teams.
• Build strong client relationships through communication and consistent project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar leader.
• Strong background in large-scale commercial, industrial, or electrical construction.
• Data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, safety, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related construction management tools.

Certifications & Requirements

• OSHA 30 certification required, or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Additional trade and safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to meet applicable jobsite safety requirements.
