Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Superintendent who will oversee field operations on industrial, hotel, warehouse and heavy industrial projects. The role involves coordinating multiple crews and scopes, assisting the Project Foreman, and ensuring work proceeds safely and efficiently while keeping the Project Manager informed of cost, schedule, quality, and safety status.

Job description

We're looking for a Project Superintendent who is a national traveler or regional to Kentucky or eastward Mississippi. They will be responsible for overseeing field operations on industrial, hotel, warehouse, and heavy industrial projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to overseeing multiple projects, crews, and scopes of work simultaneously to achieve timely and profitable completion. They will assist the Project Foreman on a daily basis to resolve issues, make sound decisions, as well as provide information and drive coordination in an effort to ensure work is executed safely and in the most efficient and effective manner. The Project Superintendent is also responsible for keeping the Project Manager accurately and fully informed of the field status of projects, particularly with regards to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and problems/issues.
