Job summary

RoyOMartin is seeking an experienced leader to guide construction mechanical and electrical teams across multiple projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance while building a skilled workforce and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will coordinate facility leadership with project managers and engineers, drive scheduling, and facilitate issue resolution to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage complex projects, solve problems, and effectively lead people and resources to achieve results
• In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Experience

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage complex projects, solve problems, and effectively lead people and resources to achieve results

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven ability in leadership
• In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field
• Familiarity with blueprints, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• CDL or ability to obtain and maintain CDL
