JOB SUMMARY

This position is a full time non-exempt position. To perform necessary tasks to profitably complete projects for Core Claims, Large Loss, Emergency Services, Mitigation and Contents. These tasks include anything construction related necessary for the completion of the projects ranging in complexity from labor to light trade work and complex finish carpentry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Insure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication
• Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
• Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project
• Monitor and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors
• Insure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of the subcontractors and job sites
• Maintain an on-hand supply of and properly complete company time sheets
• Property location oversight
• Manage workflow of field carpenters and laborers
• Excellent communication with property owners
• Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors
• Interacting with county officials
• Other tasks as necessary

SKILLS IMPERATIVE FOR THIS POSITION

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Knowledge of building codes (IRC 2006)

The employee must be able to carry a minimum of 50 pounds in weight for the purpose of getting material to a specific place on the project site. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
