Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in high-rise multi-family construction? We’re working with a leading GC/Developer seeking a hands-on construction leader to join their growing team and oversee projects across Manhattan and the boroughs.

As Superintendent, you will lead all field operations for high-rise residential developments—ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from ground-up through completion. You'll play a vital role in delivering signature buildings that help shape NYC’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-rise multi-family projects (20+ stories)
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, and project timelines
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and executive leadership
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and effective scheduling to meet project milestones

Requirements:

• 8+ years of construction experience with at least 3+ years as a Superintendent on NYC high-rise multi-family buildings
• Proven ability to manage complex urban construction sites in dense city environments
• Strong understanding of DOB regulations, safety compliance, and union coordination
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certified
• $175,000–$200,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
