Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to lead tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects in the Minneapolis area. This contract-to-hire role requires managing daily activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality across all project phases.

Lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects—no travel required. Full-time position located in the Minneapolis Metro. Summary of Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.
• Proven experience in commercial construction supervision and tenant improvements.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits
