Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers through the general foreman, managing performance, productivity, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Act as liaison between field engineering and craft to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and interface effectively with other superintendents, subcontractors, current staff personnel, and leadership to maintain smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure consistent application of project rules, procedures, and programs, including safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards under the company’s non‑harassment and nondiscrimination policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
