As the Superintendent, you will take charge of our construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing every detail from kickoff to completion while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and your team.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $30.00 – $45.00 per hour starting wage based on your experience.
• Regular overtime occurrences boost your earnings to approximately $95,000+ annually.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Mentor, guide and provide support to your crew— the tradesmen, ensuring they have the resources and training to succeed.
• Oversee daily/weekly safety meetings, risk management, and jobsite organization.
• Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, schedules, and materials.
• Keep everything moving with weekly meetings, reporting, and inspections while maintaining a 3-week look ahead schedule.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed—whether it’s troubleshooting issues or assisting tradesmen.
• Visit project sites across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines. Travel will be based on project needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• A proven leader with 3 or more years of experience managing construction projects is required.
• Ability to manage and lead teams of 6-10 skilled tradespeople and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Someone who can problem-solve on the fly and keep things moving.
• Ability to read and understand project blueprints and specifications is required.
• OSHA 30-hour course and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain if hired for this position).
• A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel and be available as needed, typical of the construction industry.
