Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions to meet regulatory standards.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Detect conflicts in construction progress and communicate issues to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain a detailed daily log of activities to track project progress and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely project completion

• - Communicate with the project team regarding Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASI’s), Requests for Information (RFI’s), and Material Submittals
• - Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work

• - Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards

Requirements

• Direct and coordinate field operations in accordance with project plans.
• Communicate plan conflicts or required revisions to the project team before proceeding with changes.
• Establish and enforce job site quality control standards.
• Ensure all work meets quality and project requirements.
• Do not enter into monetary agreements, including subcontracts, change orders, or work authorizations.
• Submit all requests for cost or scope changes to management for approval before any related work begins.
